Letter from the CEO

Dear Lott Family and Friends,

Thank you to everyone for your loyalty, patience, and commitment to our successful transition. Because of everyone working together as a team, we have successfully navigated the privatization process.

Lott is excited about operating as a standalone independent provider of vocational and day habilitation services, and we are progressing nicely with our supported group employment, non-medical transportation, career counseling, and home-maker personal care services.

Our community integration efforts are showing great success with stories of lives being transformed. Many of our individuals are participating in new life experiences that are changing the way they view their abilities and opportunities in life. Part of our new tagline is to “enrich lives,” and we are doing this daily!

We are confident that with hard work and your continued support, we will be the provider of choice for years to come.

Our production operation has experienced a renewed growth with many new contracts for our employees to work on. Many of these contracts help us toward our goal of becoming a premier production and assembly facility for the Toledo and regional markets.

We will continue to pursue excellence in our work opportunities for the people we serve.

Again, thank you for your continued support and trust in Lott to be the provider and business partner of choice.

Sincerely,

Tim Menke, Lott CEO
