Lott can handle all your needs for proper and compliant destruction and for the disposal of sensitive information. Lott has attained the highest NAID AAA Certification for secure confidential document shredding.
We meet or exceed industry standards for facilities and staffing security and acceptability. Use of our services ensures that you are meeting regulatory requirements for document handling as contained in HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and FACTA.
As a NAID Certified organization, we follow the strictest guidelines and regulations and adhere to policies and procedures.
Lott can provide secure totes and service them on your terms, or you can drop off material at our destruction facility.
What are the hours? 8:30am-11:45am and 12:45pm-2:30pm, Monday-Friday (except holidays & limited training days).
Where is the drop-off? Lott, 3350 Hill Ave., Toledo, OH 43607 just east of Byrne Rd. Use east side entrance closest to Byrne Rd. Follow signs past shipping docs, near the back of the building, and enter Door H.
What are the fees? $ 10.00 minimum, up to 50 lbs., and $ 0.20/lb. over 50 pounds.
How can I pay? Cash, check, or credit card payments are due at time of service.
What containers should I use? Please bring paper loose and visible in a banker box or a corrugated box.
